Job Details

We are seeking a Commercial Transaction Attorney to join our Dallas office, with a focus on contract negotiation and review, entity formation, and real estate transactions, and openness to a wide range of transactional experience.

Job Description :

• Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance matters.
• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with business objectives.
• Provide timely, thorough, and practical legal advice while maintaining high client service standards.
