Salary : $20 - $25 Hourly

Job Summary :

The Allicock Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will provide direct, individualized behavioral interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental or behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will be patient, detail-oriented, and dedicated to helping students achieve meaningful progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students in school and / or community settings.
  • Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collect accurate and detailed data on student performance and behavior.
  • Support skill development in communication, social interaction, academics, and functional living.
  • Manage challenging behaviors using approved, evidence-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications :

  • Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) completion of the 40-hour training alone does not meet this requirement.
  • Must be in good standing on the BACB registry.
  • High school diploma (required); associates or bachelors degree in education, psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs or providing ABA therapy is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting each students growth.
  • Ability to follow treatment protocols and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Must pass background checks and complete required training.
