• Make an impact on the underserved patient population through integrated Full-Spectrum Medical, Behavioral Health and Dental
• Scope of Services : Full Primary & Family Care, Peds, BH, Case Management, Dental, Women's Health including Pre & Post-Natal, Peds, On-site Lab, Chronic Disease Care / Mgmt., Preventative, Labs, Health Education, Immunizations, Transportation, Enrollment, Referrals and Specialty Services
• M-F (8 am? - 5 pm) work schedule, no on-call , paid holidays, and a HUGE PTO package!
• $262k base salary w / a 60k incentive plan (productivity, quality)
• Student Loan Repayment is available through NHSC, State, and county-based programs!
• 403(b) retirement w / employer match!
• Medical Malpractice Insurance and Tail covered through the FTCA at NO COST TO YOU
• 100% outpatient-based organization with no hospital requirements
