Job Summary :

The IA & SS Specialist role involves identifying network problems, enhancing security, and ensuring optimal network performance. This position requires extensive experience in developing strategic systems architecture plans, managing storage infrastructure, and designing solutions utilizing on-premises and cloud technologies. The specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing information assurance / security standards and procedures, performing vulnerability / risk analyses, and resolving security violations. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site reporting.

Responsibilities :

• Identify network problems and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and analyze data traffic patterns within the network infrastructure.
• Enhance security and knowledge of the latest security threats.
• Develop strategic systems architecture plans.
• Design and administer VMware Infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory service and ensure operational stability.
• Design and build solutions utilizing on-premises and cloud technologies.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other appliances.
• Monitor security measures within the network perimeter.
• Develop and implement information assurance / security standards and procedures.
• Perform vulnerability / risk analyses of computer systems and applications.
• Identify, report, and resolve security violations.
• Provide integration and implementation of computer system security solutions.
