Downstream Processing
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required
This team handles essential purification and filtration steps in vaccine production. A strong scientific foundation is critical due to the technical and compliance demands of the role.
Responsibilities :
Perform clarification, concentration, diafiltration, and sterile filtration of biological materials
Sanitize and prepare equipment, tanks, and assemblies
Calibrate instruments (centrifuges, refractometers, etc.)
Execute CIP processes and filter integrity testing
Maintain detailed cGMP documentation
Support investigations and continuous improvement initiative
Biological Services (BSA / Services)
(High school diploma or associate degree required; military or aseptic experience preferred)
This department ensures sterile, compliant environments throughout the facility - a great entry point for those with sanitation, military, or hands-on technical backgrounds.
Responsibilities :
Aseptic cleaning of production areas and equipment
Environmental monitoring and water sampling
Inventory management using SAP
Documentation and support for deviation investigations
Equipment setup and maintenance
Adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and safety protocols
Cart Transfer Operations
High school diploma or associate degree required; military experience welcomed
This physically active role supports logistics in egg-based vaccine production - ideal for those who enjoy structured, hands-on work.
Responsibilities :
Safely transport egg carts (up to 800 lbs) across production areas
Load / unload incubators and cold boxes
Operate cart washers and manage egg tray logistics
Document activities accurately
Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry
Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety procedures
Qualifications (Vary by Department) :
Downstream : Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
Services & Cart Transfer : A ssociate degree; military, aseptic, or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for 8-12 hours
Willingness to receive required vaccinations
Pass background check and drug screening
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and documentation skills
Basic computer proficiency (SAP, Excel, Word)
