Family Medicine Physician, Internal Medicine for Physician SNF

Seeking a Physician to practice in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Port Charlotte, Fort Myers and Venice FL. Salary based on experience. Malpractice, CME, health insurance, paid vacation, etc. Great opportunity. Travel in 50 mile radius involved and will be reimbursed. Time divided between multiple facilities, with Mid-level support to do most of the charting and visits on the low complexity patients. Must have great people skills and strong clinical judgement.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on family and internal medicine.

Utilize EHR systems for accurate patient documentation and management.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Conduct assessments and manage treatments for various conditions, including critical care and endocrinology.

Stay updated on medical imaging techniques and relevant procedures to enhance patient outcomes.

Pay : $225,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
