Role : MetricStream Developer

Location - Hybrid (DC Area or Hartford, CT)

MetricStream Developer

• Bachelor's degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering.
• 3 years of experience working with MetricStream software. Minimum 5 years' experience as a MetricStream Developer required without Bachelor's degree.
• Metricstream AppStudio Knowledge and completion of MetricStream technical training is required.
• SME knowledge in GRC Applications.
• Experience customizing the platform using JAVA.
• Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications.
• Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution. Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area.
• Analyze, evaluate, design and develop, customize MetricStream software based on Business requirements.
• Identify gaps, creatively design and code workarounds, product extensions, customizations as required to meet customer needs.
• Experience in developing database objects such as functions procedures, packages, cursors using PL / SQL and writing complex queries.
• Provide Production support, debug the issues and provide solutions to issues / enhancements. Provide solutions to the team and guide the team in approaching solution.
• Participate in story discussions and Story estimations.
• AWS Development Knowledge is a Plus. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
