Oncology / Acute Care Nursing Position

Oncology Unit at Ascension Saint Thomas West in Nashville, TN is a 24 bed newly-renovated, fast paced Acute Care unit. Nurses receive support from ancillary interdisciplinary team members as well as patient care technicians. We care for the adult population with a variety of diagnoses, such as : Primary cancer diagnosis : breast, lung, colon, Chemotherapy administration (once certified) and symptom management, Blood dyscrasias : anemia, hemophilia, sickle cell, and General Med / Surg overflow.
