The Opportunity :
JCITA's mission is to provide the U.S. Government with a well-trained and knowledgeable cadre of counterintelligence (CI) practitioners to combat adversarial intelligence threats.
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is a key component of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), enabling CI personnel to protect our nation from adversarial threats. The program focuses on advanced CI training essential for countering espionage, terrorism, and insider threats.
Our JCITA Instructor program has evolved significantly, requiring an agile, innovative team supported by a solid business partner in CACI to maintain the quality and quantity of training vital for a successful DoD CI program.
Responsibilities :
JCITA offers comprehensive joint and advanced counterintelligence training, including CI operations, collections, investigations, functional services, and analysis. The program is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and adheres to its standards.
Training methods include in-residence courses, mobile training teams, and distance learning, with rigorous student assessments to meet high instructional standards.

Pay Range
