Lead Electrical Engineer - Hydropower & Renewables - Sacramento / Rancho Cordova CA

We have a full-time opportunity for a Lead Electrical Engineer supporting Hydropower & Renewable projects for our Sacramento CA area office.

In this role youll have the opportunity to :

• Lead Electrical Engineer on Hydropower Hydraulic Structure and Renewable Projects
• Coordination with multidiscipline teams including peer engineering and BIM technical staff
• Development of electrical drawing deliverables including single line diagrams schematics interconnection diagrams and equipment layouts
• Development of electrical equipment specifications and BOMs for procurement and construction
• Attend on-site meetings investigate existing conditions provide support during construction.
• Extensive use of business systems such as ProjectWise electrical engineering software such as ETAP and AutoCAD to view engineering drawings

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a bachelors degree in engineering with 11 years related work experience.

Most positions typically require professional registration or licensure or be in active pursuit of such registration.
