A company is looking for a Field RN Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient care and coordinate services in a remote setting

Required Qualifications

Current unrestricted RN state licensure

Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience

Preferred case management experience and certification (CCM)

Experience in healthcare or managed care industry

Proficiency in computer skills and navigating multiple systems
