The Ideal Candidate :

• 5+ years of Virginia family law practice experience required
• Active Virginia State Bar membership in good standing
• Proven track record handling complex property division, custody disputes, and support matters
• Experience with high-asset divorces and interstate custody issues preferred
• Familiarity with Virginia equitable distribution laws and custody statutes
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team environment
• Commitment to client-centered representation with empathy and professionalism
