About the Role :

As Medical Director, you’ll :

Provide clinical leadership and help develop medical protocols and standards of care

Mentor and support DVMs and support staff

Lead by example in practicing high-quality, evidence-based medicine

Foster a positive team culture with a focus on communication, accountability, and collaboration

Partner with hospital leadership and Western Veterinary Partners on strategy and growth
