Car Wash Team Lead

Car Wash Lead DOE $19 / hr | Queens, NY Nu3s is gearing up for launch this December—and we’re hiring a Car Wash Lead who’s ready to help us get things rolling from day one.

This position begins with part-time training and transitions to full-time once the car wash opens.

During the setup phase, you’ll support the Car Wash Supervisor with basic prep tasks like organizing supplies and getting familiar with equipment.

Once open, you’ll help lead daily operations, train team members, and keep our valet-operated touchless car wash running smoothly.

The role includes working outdoors, managing inventory, and helping deliver a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead, support, and work alongside, car wash attendants Car Wash Attendant responsibilities to fill in as needed to maintain efficient operational workflow Maintain equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders Train new team members and assist with scheduling Manage vehicle flow and resolve guest concerns Assist with minor maintenance and report issues Ensure smooth operations in all weather conditions What We’re Looking For : 1+ year experience in car wash or auto care Leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills Comfortable working outdoors and lifting heavy items Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Flexible availability (weekends / holidays) Why Nu3s?
