Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions through applications, integrations, and automation
Participate in the full project lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners to develop and document integration strategies
Required Qualifications
4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or not-for-profit environments
Familiarity with revenue cycle management, payroll, time & attendance, and information systems
Ability to lead technical requirements development and manage cross-functional projects
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
