As an RN Resident, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that aligns with the specific needs of the department. In collaboration with medical providers, you will provide individualized, compassionate care using established nursing models. Methodist Hospital Metropolitan has 370 beds and houses the largest emergency room in downtown San Antonio. Our women’s pavilion is the only dedicated facility for women's and newborn health. We welcome around 3,000 newborns annually.
