Position :  Family Nurse Practitioner - FNP

Location :  Modesto, CA

Duration :  Permanent position - Direct hire

Salary : 155K - 174K Annually

Additional compensation : $7k Sign-on BONUS

Schedule :   40 hours weekly | 8 am - 5 pm (Monday-Friday) | No weekends

Age :   2+ years

Overview :    Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and occupational health services.

Primary / Occupational Care employee clinic

Primary care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is highly preferred

EPIC EMR experience is a PLUS

Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in California

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or be able to obtain it post-offer

Active DEA or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment

Must have a clean background
