Customer Care Specialist I

Cox Automotive, located in Matteson, IL, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist I for a full-time position. This role offers a hybrid work option, allowing for part-time remote work. The day shift is preferred, with a compensation range of $17.79 to $26.63 per hour. This position may include additional compensation such as commission and / or an incentive program.

Job Description :

General Responsibilities :

• Partner with all parties to inform them of the status of open issues and work closely with escalation partners to identify, document, and monitor exceptions to standard processes.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers by consulting with dealers and educating them about Manheim and ancillary partners.
• Identify, assess, and resolve issues, determining who needs communication on these issues, including central functions such as IT or Product.
• Work across other departments to train on resolving different client issues.
• Provide responsive, timely telephone, chat, and email support, acting as a single point-of-contact for issues from identification through resolution.
• Oversee and monitor the resolution of all problems, regardless of delegation to other departments.
