Job Summary :

UST is a mission-driven company that transforms lives through technology. As a Product Manager, you will guide clients and manage projects to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and track product success metrics.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it reflects user needs, business priorities, and market trends.
• Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation to guide development efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support, to plan and prioritize work for each sprint.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention rates, and customer satisfaction to measure product success.
• Release Management : Oversee the release process to ensure quality guidelines are met and schedule new features or updates effectively.
• Track and report project KPIs and analyze project health
• Manage key stakeholders both internal and external to UST, establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
• Maintain regular communication with customer; addressing needs through empathy with their environment.
