Job descriptionShift : 28.5 hrs / week 7 : 30a-5p Tues / Thur / Fri Education : RN, BSN required Certification : Current Ohio license as a Registered Nurse is required. 6 months in either home health or an acute care setting is required PICU exp required. Will consist of one visit per shift, LPN will be at the same home the entire shift- patients will be mostly on trachs and vents at home. Travel to homes up to 1 hour from facility. THIS IS A DEDICATED PEDS HOME HEALTH POSITION- WILL NOT BE AT THE FACILITY.
