SAP Security Admin

Office Status : Hybrid (Onsite Thursdays)

Location : Downtown, Houston

Top 3 :

Security experience supporting cloud applications (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur)

Security experience supporting and provisioning on-prem (S4)

Experience supporting and provisioning CRM (SAP ISU)

They do NOT need a ton of GRC configuration experience but experience administering existing processes is a huge plus (running SoD reports, workflow provisioning)  Day to Day :

Perform all Security Administration and related functions

Provision accounts to on-prem and cloud applications

Design and maintain roles / profiles for SAP systems based on business requirements

Perform SAP GRC configuration and administration for all AC modules

Maintain and troubleshoot GRC AC workflow issues, ruleset updates, PSS and role management

Create and maintain Firefighter processes, accounts and assignments

Track and ensure FF Logs are reviewed in a timely manner

Designing and documenting security administration policies and procedures

Collaborate with technical teams to design technical security including table, report, program, and interface security for the production environment

Ensure segregation of duties remains intact in all security profiles

Perform periodic self-assessments and audits of all aspects relating to SAP security within all SAP environments

Design, implement and support security structures for SAP cloud-based systems

Provides advanced problem solving and technical support

Provide 24-hour on-call support, including evenings and weekends.

Experience with security for S4 HANA and SAP CCS, CRM, BW, XI, Ariba, and SuccessFactors modules. PLUS to have :

Must have excellent technical SAP R / 3, S / 4 and HANA Basis skills

Must have intimate knowledge of security authorizations for S4 HANA, SAP CCS, CRM, BW, Ariba, and SuccessFactors

Must have excellent technical SAP GRC AC 12.0 knowledge including :

Firefighter – FF configuration and workflow maintenance

Risk Analysis – global ruleset spanning multi-system environments, SOD report generation and review analysis

Provisioning Workflows – configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support provisioning workflows

Role Management – maintain role matrix and update role meta data as needed

Must have intimate knowledge of database software, programming, and networking.

Must have excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Must have a high degree of customer orientation and team focus.

Collaborate across functional boundaries to improve business processes in creative ways.

Ability to work in high-stress environment, to perform in isolation and the ability to work under extreme time constraints in emergency conditions.
