DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. You can make an exceptional difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. What We'll Provide :

• Schedule . This is a Full-time only position.

Shifts are typically 10-12+ hours, 3-4 days / week Monday - Saturdays. Saturdays are rotated. NO Sundays and NO overnights!

Early mornings are firmly required- starting as early as 4AM.

You will typically be working between 32-40 hours / week, day-time shifts.

Our techs work some holidays, rotated.

#LI-LK1DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment

Set up and maintain dialysis equipment

Record vital signs and patient data

Educate patients on treatment and kidney health

Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment

Physically able to work long shifts on your feet

Willing to float between local clinics if needed

Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred : CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
