General Production Worker

Loader/Unloader Job in Rockford, IL

Rockford, IL is seeking reliable, hardworking loader/unloaders to support warehouse operations during a 68 week temporary assignment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, physical work and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Pay: $18.00 an hour.

Available shifts:

• 1st shift full-time 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thur
• 2nd shift full-time 6pm-4:30am Mon-Thur
• Weekend shift FridaySunday, 12-hour shifts 6am-6:30pm

Key responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently
• Move, stack, and organize product within the warehouse
• Use pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Must be dependable and punctual

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
