Account Specialist
The Account Specialist is primarily focused on leading the renewal for existing accounts during the renewal window. The account specialist will have strong relationships with our customer success and sales teams to help ensure a great experience for our clients while mitigating risk. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, managing quoting, contract execution, and renewal forecasting, identifying and executing low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities, responding to inbound commercial inquiries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Daily activities include renewal management, commercial execution, cross-functional collaboration, data and forecasting, and customer communication. Key metrics include the percentage of contracts successfully renewed, revenue generated from upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment. Skills include strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, excellent communication, relationship management, organization, attention to detail, proficiency in CRM and quoting tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

The target total cash compensation range for this role is $77,000 - $143,000, inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
