Position : Sightline Security Software Engineer. Location : Hybrid On-site 1-2 days a week. Department : Sightline. Salary range and benefits are described further in the posting.
Responsibilities
- User Access Support : Assist in managing user roles and permissions within the Workday system, ensuring appropriate access to sensitive information.
- Monitoring Security : Help monitor security logs and alerts and respond.
- Policy Implementation : Support the implementation of security policies and procedures related to Workday, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of security configurations, access requests, and incidents to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Collaboration : Partner with Sightline and business teams in both the Health System and the University, internal audit and compliance teams in the management of Workday security settings.
Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Understanding of ERP system user provisioning, and role-based access control.Knowledge of best practices in information security.Strong experience in participating in security audits, risk assessments, and incident response.Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; Five years related experience; Demonstrated experience in security management, preferably with a focus on Workday or similar HR / Financial systems.Preferred Qualifications Experience with the full life cycle of software development projects; Familiarity with Workday and Workday Security functionality; Kainos experience.Other Information
On-call responsibilities may be required during specific time periods during the implementation and go-live of the Workday environment.The work hours will primarily be regular day shift office hours with possible off-hours to meet project deadlines in a 24 / 7 health system / university.On-site / remote arrangement : Hybrid.Role Details

This salary range does not include all components of the Sightline compensation program.
