As an Account Executive, you will develop and maintain relationships with businesses and organizations that rely on professional staffing services. This role blends business development, relationship management, and collaboration with an internal recruiting team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Youll identify prospective clients through research, outreach, and in-person meetings, while representing the companys brand in the marketplace with integrity and professionalism. Youll work closely with your recruiting partners to understand client needs and ensure each placement is successful for both the client and the candidate.
This position requires strong problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and the initiative to build and sustain long-term partnerships. Youll be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful project delivery that aligns with business goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Research and identify potential client companies through outreach, referrals, and networking.
Conduct high-volume cold calls to set introductory meetings and build relationships.
Visit client sites to deliver presentations, understand staffing needs, and propose solutions.
Partner with internal recruiters to fulfill client requests and manage open job orders.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process.
Attend client meetings and events to strengthen relationships and deepen understanding of business needs.
