Senior Systems Engineer - Tomahawk Weapons System

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to serve alongside a high-functioning team of engineers supporting the design of TTWCS software (e.g., requirements, capabilities, enhancements, interface documents, architecture).

Travel : none anticipated Clearance :

An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Requirements :

• 10 years of systems engineering experience (20 years if no degree) focused on requirements development and management of software systems. This includes experience related to the identification, analysis, and documentation of complex systems involving DoD weapon and / or fire control systems.
• Two (2) years of concurrent experience with Navy surface or submarine shipboard weapons and / or fire control systems to include current Navy programs such as Tomahawk or other related missile and weapon control systems.
• Experience in requirements definition as well as initial and detailed system design activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Education : A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline or 10 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Compensation :

Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.

The projected annual compensation range for this position is $126,000 - $155,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
