GENERAL FUNCTION : Owns portfolio maintenance of standard bought participation loans; performs administrative and analytical duties; acts as liaison between relationship managers, corporate customers, members, and other relevant stakeholders; maintains reporting; resolves problems; performs research. Ensure all daily processing and servicing functions are completed accurately and within service levels on multi-billion-dollar loans with potential for high-level customer and bank impact. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Owns standard bought participation loans within the overall bought participation portfolio
• Maintains healthy portfolio and proactively ensures dates, rates, and balances are in alignment with agent bank
• Performs research needed to resolve problems in a timely manner
• Provides thorough diligence in the move money processes that meet SLAs and prevents near miss / Ops losses
• Monitors and resolves reporting (Suspect, Past Due, High Balance, Aged Wires, Int Adjustment and Bill Forward) and escalates to management when applicable
• Performs thorough analysis of notifications to identify and remediate inconsistencies or errors prior to posting transactions
• Inputs required transactions as relayed in notifications from agent banks that include, but are not limited to, payments, rate changes, advances, and conversions
• Establishes relationship and maintains communication with Agent Bank to ensure timely and accurate exchange of information and money
