We are seeking a Cloud and Datacenter Lead (SME) to join our team. This role will involve overseeing and modernizing enterprise-level cloud and on-premises data center environments, driving innovation in infrastructure strategy, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across hybrid systems. Job Description :

Trilyon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cloud and Datacenter Lead (SME) to define, implement, and manage enterprise cloud and data center strategies that align with organizational goals. The Cloud and Datacenter Lead (SME) will be responsible for ensuring optimized, secure, and scalable solutions while leading cross-functional efforts to modernize infrastructure and improve operational efficiency.

As a Cloud and Datacenter Lead (SME) , you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all cloud and data center initiatives, providing technical guidance, leading troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring high availability across hybrid environments. This position requires strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive strategic infrastructure decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and execute enterprise-level cloud and data center strategies aligned with business objectives.

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud) and on-premises technologies.

Lead design, deployment, and optimization of hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Oversee daily data center operations, including performance monitoring, maintenance, and incident management.

Drive innovation through automation, orchestration, and process optimization.

Ensure robust high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly.

Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and third-party infrastructure partnerships.

Provide architectural and operational best practices for scalable and secure infrastructure.

Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting efforts.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and disaster recovery frameworks.

Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams to align cloud and data center initiatives with organizational goals.

Apply deep knowledge in networking, storage, virtualization, and server infrastructure management.

Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

10+ years of experience in leadership roles within cloud and data center technologies.

Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP , and hybrid cloud environments.

Strong experience with automation, orchestration, and monitoring tools .

Deep technical understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, and server management .

Expertise in security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning .

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning skills.
