Job description
A company is looking for a One Call Close Sales Trainer / Manager to lead and train inside sales remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the training program, including curriculum and certification
Coach sales representatives and hold them accountable to KPIs through regular reviews
Implement and audit tech-enabled workflows and sales processes across teams
Required Qualifications
Proven management experience in leading sales teams
Expertise in remote training using tools like Zoom and LMS
Fluency with data and technology, including CRM systems and analytics tools
Strong operational skills in developing playbooks and onboarding processes
Professional communication and motivational presence
