Job descriptionLead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and group leaders in a technical setting. Education : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related scientific field. Leadership Experience : 3+ years of leading high-performing teams in technical or laboratory environments, with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development. Lab Expertise : At least 3 years of hands-on laboratory experience-GMP-regulated environment experience is a big plus. Operational Know-How : Proven track record in managing lab operations, optimizing workflows, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Communication Skills : Ability to effectively collaborate across internal teams and with external clients to ensure smooth project execution and high satisfaction. Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Your Impact as Microbiology Operations Supervisor

Lab Operations - Own the Process, Elevate the Standards
- Champion a robust training program to ensure staff are confident, competent, and client-ready.
- Lead investigations with precision and transparency, delivering clear, actionable reports.
- Perform critical environmental monitoring and sampling to support operational integrity.
- Keep lab equipment running smoothly through proactive maintenance and calibration oversight.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through rigorous peer review and documentation.
- Leverage LIMS to track samples, monitor turnaround times, and report key metrics.
- Maintain and analyze productivity data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Validate microbiological media and perform microbial ID procedures when needed.
