Candidates should have experience with arterial line management. Blood product administration is essential. Central line care and management experience is required. PICC line management experience is necessary. Candidates must be able to start and maintain IVs. Experience in continuous IV sedation is required. Knowledge of emergency medications is crucial. Candidates should have experience in procedural sedation administration and monitoring. Ability to titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips is required. CVA / acute stroke management experience is essential. Experience with external ventricular drain (EVD) and ICP monitoring is required. Knowledge of lumbar drains is necessary. Post-craniotomy and post-neurosurgery management experience is essential. Candidates must be able to manage spinal cord injury cases. Flexibility to float across units is required. Candidates should be adaptable with floating to different units as needed. This role requires managing acute patient diagnoses in a high-acuity environment.
