About The Position

Specialty accepted : Urgent Care Physician Assistant

Start date or shifts : September 1, 2025 – Ongoing

Daily schedule : Full-time preferred (12+ shifts / month) or Part-time (6+ shifts / month); Monday to Sunday, 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Practice setting :  Urgent Care

Types of procedures : Suturing, wound care, I&Ds, splinting, X-rays, EKGs, drawing blood, IVs

Number of patients : Average 3–4 patients per hour

Ages : All ages

Requirements : Board Certified; minimum of 2 years urgent care or 1 year emergency medicine experience; ACLS, BLS, DEA, West Virginia license, CSR required

Certifications Required : ACLS;BLS;PALS

Additional information : Temp privileges available; provider must work independently with no supervision; must indicate comfort level with core procedures at submission; travel between 3 clinic sites (within 30 miles); medical assistants and rad techs onsite; 1–3 providers staffed per site with remote physician backup as needed
