Job descriptionDesign and build products from concept to deployment that customers love to use Work directly with users to deeply understand their needs and translate them into intuitive, high-impact features Develop tools that dramatically improve efficiency for both internal teams and customers Automate internal operations and workflows to enable scale Build integrations that connect seamlessly with existing systems Contribute to growth-focused initiatives such as onboarding, billing, and activations 4+ years of full-stack coding experience building products end-to-end Product-minded engineer who cares deeply about customers, UX details, and business impact Experience in early-stage startups or a track record of building and hacking products independently (alongside industry experience) Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Bonus : Prior experience in the recruiting or HR tech space
Senior Product Engineer (Full-Stack)
