Prevailance is seeking an experienced Modeling and Simulation Specialist to support the design, development, refinement, and execution of training exercise scenarios for Commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) . The role focuses on training and assessing NECC units' ability to execute their combat missions in a Major Combat Operations (MCO) environment.

The Specialist will support Navy Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) and simulation training at tactical and operational levels. Responsibilities include operating and programming systems such as MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS) Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) , and Virtual Battle Space (VBS) . The goal is to evaluate the proficiency of training audiences in operational staff planning and command and control of Navy Mission Essential Tasks (NMETs). Exercises may include NECC-controlled, Fleet, Joint, or Coalition / Multi-National exercises.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine realistic training exercise scenarios
• Operate and program LVC training systems, including MTWS, JCATS, JSAF, JADOCs, OneSAF, and VBS
• Support tactical and operational Navy simulation training
• Assess NECC unit readiness through exercises, simulations, and wargames
• Facilitate training and assessment to demonstrate NMET capabilities and operational proficiency

Requirements

Qualifications :

Preferred Military Experience :

Experience in areas such as Naval Construction, Navy Expeditionary Logistics, EOD, Riverine Operations, Navy Expeditionary Intelligence, Amphibious Operations, Combat Service Support, MCM, ATFP, etc.

Education : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required.

Security Clearance : Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
