Sign-On Bonus : Up to $4500

SUMMARY :

As a Certified Nursing Assistant Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, individualized patient care as part of a dedicated nursing team. Your proactive approach and commitment to high standards of patient support will contribute significantly to the well-being of residents and foster a collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Patient Care & Service : Provide and assist residents with essential activities based on personalized care plans; facilitate transportation to various activities; organize leisure activities; perform evaluations and documentation; and offer emotional support to residents and their families.

Safety : Aid in maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting resident environment.

Communication & Documentation : Support families by guiding them to appropriate healthcare professionals; promptly address resident requests; provide accurate reports to colleagues and team leaders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in New York State.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

EDUCATION :

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful full-time applicants.
