Job description

Regal Staffing is hiring an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators in the Wilmer, TX area. We are looking for a reliable candidate with strong warehouse and forklift operation experience who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shift / Pay Rate :

4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday) :

  • 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM | $22 / hour.
  • 2nd Shift : 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM | $25 / hour.

5-Day Work Week (Monday–Friday) :

  • 1st Shift : 5 : 00 AM – 1 : 30 PM | $22 / hour.
  • 2nd Shift : 1 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM | $22 / hour.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks (minimum 2 years of experience with each).
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including processing shipping paperwork.
  • Pick and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating sit-down forklift.
  • Previous experience with order picking and shipping / receiving.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
  • Pass a background check.
