Job Overview:

The Sourcing Manager V will be responsible for managing procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive efficiency in sourcing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve cost savings and value.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range: $90 - $95

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
