Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available for this full-time MST-PSB Therapist position in Waterville, ME.

This role involves providing intensive, family- and community-based therapy for adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement, addressing environmental systems impacting their behavior. The therapist will work directly with families in their homes, evenings, and weekends, collaborating with schools, probation, and child welfare agencies.

Ideal candidates have a Master's degree in a related field, are licensed or conditionally licensed, and have experience in mental health and family work. They should be flexible, team-oriented, and eager to learn evidence-based practices through training and supervision.
