Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations.
• Assist in meeting financial targets to increase productivity / revenue and reduce overall costs.
• Assist in monitoring and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff. Apply progressive discipline when appropriate.
• Participate in hiring and termination procedures.
• Establish staffing patterns with physician schedules.
• Develop and implement performance improvement projects that improve quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
• Assist with the development of a marketing plan.
