Responsibilities Works in a hospital setting floating within critical care units Cares for ICU-level patients in a Level 1 Trauma facility Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week (19 : 00–07 : 00) Expected to work every other weekend and every other holiday Uses Epic EMR, experience preferred but not required Expected to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a float capacity across multiple critical care units Completion of pre-start and orientation modules required, tracked through Workday Any shift call-outs must be made up at the end of the assignment 200-mile minimum distance required from permanent address to facility for eligibility Holiday and weekend coverage is part of normal scheduling Failure to pass orientation Tele exam results in assignment cancellation Orientation includes both online and in-person training components Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license in hand required Minimum of 3 years recent ICU experience, Level 1 Trauma experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Completion of a pass / fail Tele exam during orientation with an 80% passing score required Two professional references required, with one from a Nurse Manager or higher No prior disciplinary actions on nursing license Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-625735.
