C&C Produce has operated the Midwest's largest produce warehouse, located in North Kansas City, since 1992. We specialize in delivering fresh, high-quality produce to schools, restaurants, grocery stores, distribution centers, and healthcare facilities. We are currently seeking hard-working CDL A Shuttle Drivers to support our regional operations. This role is ideal for safety-focused drivers who take pride in timely transfers between locations and ensuring smooth, efficient logistics for our delivery teams. POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Shuttle Driver (CDL A) plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of products between C&C Produce facilities in Kansas City, MO to Wright City, MO and other designated locations. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with DOT regulations while providing reliable and timely delivery services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Transport products between designated locations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Safely operate tractor-trailers with double trailers in compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and operability of equipment.
• Secure loads in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to resolve issues or provide updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs and records as required by DOT regulations.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the Transportation Manager.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

REQUIREMENTS / EDUCATION :

SCHEDULE & HOURS :

Full Time : 5- Days a week | 5pm-5am (Average 50-60 hours)

Part Time : 1-2 days a week | 5pm-5am (Average 12-24 hours)
