Internal Audit Communications & Engagement Lead
The Internal Audit Communications & Engagement team supports the continual advancement of our team's excellence by developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies that foster a connected, informed, and engaged workforce. This role focuses on building a strong Internal Audit culture, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring consistent messaging across all internal channels to drive alignment and productivity.
This position champions Internal Audit's culture and drives business objectives by crafting and deploying communication and engagement strategies to foster and support a cohesive culture of excellence that reinforces Internal Audit's identity and shared purpose. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the function, you'll support broadscale initiatives, engagement initiatives, and change programs. We're looking for someone who can confidently and comfortably interact with and provide consultation to all leadership levels and possesses impeccable writing mechanics, poise under pressure, attention to detail, organization, diplomacy, and excellent judgment.
You'll explore fresh tactics, solve complex problems, and develop innovative ways to inform and inspire colleagues engaged in the vital work of driving control excellence for a safer, simpler, and stronger Citi.
What You'll Do
- Shape the narrative : Draft, refine, and deliver compelling communications that resonate and engage.
- Multi-channel creator : Develop, coordinate, and execute across a diverse range of channels, including our intranet, articles, presentations, videos, and more.
- Connect and inform : Prepare and distribute impactful newsletters, announcements, invites, and other messages.
- Elevate events : Provide seamless logistical and communications support for high-visibility, complex events like town halls.
- Strategic advisor : Deliver insightful communication strategy recommendations to key initiatives, programs, and leaders.
- Culture catalyst : Create and implement employee engagement and team-building strategies that inform, motivate, and bolster morale, fostering a continuous improvement ethos and a culture of continuous improvement.
