Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Producer to lead a high-performing team in delivering transformative gatherings that bring people together. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and events, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients and team members. With a focus on excellence, creativity, and collaboration, our client is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that exceed expectations.

Onsite Requirements :

Remote, New England region preferred

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field (event management, business, marketing, etc.)

7+ years of experience in event and meeting management or production

Experience in managing large-scale complex events

Proven team management experience

Familiarity with project management methodologies

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Excellent budgeting and financial management skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to travel 40-60 days annually for program execution, site visits, and client visits
