Job descriptionMSP experience as a TAM, vCIO, or consultative engineer Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure, identity, networking, backup / DR, and security / compliance tools Experience delivering QBRs, roadmaps, and project budgets Excellent communication and executive presence, with a consultative, proactive approach Familiarity with PSA / RMM tools like Autotask and Datto RMM; experience with regulated clients a plus Must live within ~45 minutes of Downtown LA

Base pay range : $120,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr
Additional compensation : Annual Bonus and Sign-on bonus
Schedule : Monday–Friday, HQ-based with limited client site visits
Company : MSP / MSSP in Downtown LA
What You'll Do :
- Manage ~10–20 client accounts, leading QBRs, roadmaps, lifecycle planning, and security posture reviews
- Drive adoption of cloud, security, backup, and compliance standards (M365 / Azure, MFA, EDR, SOC / SIEM)
- Identify opportunities for add-ons, projects, and upsells; collaborate with Sales / PS for delivery
- Handle limited escalations and triage, mentoring PS / Infra teams and translating business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and strategic plans for clients
