Manager, Claims Services (Auto-PD)

The Casualty Claims department within IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for a Manager of Claims Services in our Auto-PD department. The Manager is a strong technical leader with operational and technical expertise. The role will provide leadership to claims staff handling general liability and commercial auto litigated and non-litigated claims. This role can be located in one of the following offices :

• Raleigh, North Carolina
• Naperville, Illinois
• Virginia Beach, Virginia

Please note, IAT works on a hybrid schedule, working from the office Monday through Wednesday with the option of working remotely Thursday and Friday.

Compensation :

Please note, that the annual gross salary range associated with this posting is $72,560 $157,950. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for this position. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role.
