LHH is currently recruiting for a Digital Media Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Plano, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in paid media and data-driven optimizations. Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Develop and manage effective social media strategies and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports on ROI, engagement, and other key metrics.

Utilize analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic optimizations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and account teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in digital media management, specifically in paid search and social media marketing.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Proven ability to optimize campaigns for performance and efficiency.

Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Experience working onsite in a collaborative team environment.

Located in or willing to relocate to Plano, TX.

Creative problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
