We are currently seeking a dedicated, motivated and entrepreneurially minded Senior Health Promotion Specialist with a passion for developing and implementing holistic well-being programs for a high-profile corporate client located in Raleigh, NC.

What you will do

• Assess employees’ health needs using audit tools and client and employee feedback in order to develop and deploy appropriate well-being solutions and programming.
• Coordinate, develop and deliver a range of programs that educate members on how to improve their health and well-being.
• Partner with the client, vendors and community resources to execute workplace well-being strategies that will improve employees’ health and mental resilience.
• Coordinate health and well-being marketing and communications relating to the workplace’s on-site and virtual spaces in order to promote healthy behavior and health care engagement.
• Report on engagement, referrals, workplace well-being initiatives and results in order to demonstrate improvement in baseline metrics.

Location-specific pay info : For residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, New York City, and Washington only : The hourly rate for this position ranges from $34 to $36. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
