• Additional Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of loan processing experience

Experience from credit unions, mortgage lenders

Be able to identify documents, identify what a large deposit is

Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae Guidelines

Processing a minimum of conventional loans - home loans, a variety of loans

Need experience with purchasing not just refi's

FHA / VA / Conventional experience

VA, Funding fees, COE's (to know how veterans will qualify)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr.
