Job Title : Customer Support & Operations Coordinator

In this role, you'll be the go-to for customers, helping them book unforgettable experiences, while supporting our sales and leadership teams with research, insights, and operational magic that keeps our startup running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving booking and customer queries promptly
- Manage online chat to answer questions and boost sales conversions
- Document processes, solutions, and insights into a shared knowledgebase
- Conduct research on potential clients to support the sales team with lead generation
- Provide assistance to senior leadership, including the CEO, VP of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance
Requirements :
Relevant completed qualificationPrevious experience in customer support, operations, or sales coordination preferredStrong command of English with excellent written communication skillsPassionate about customer service and exceeding expectationsSelf-motivated and thrives in a remote work environmentPositive "can-do" attitude and ability to work well with a diverse teamHighly organised, dependable, and driven to succeed in a startup environmentComfortable working remotely in EU, UAE, or UK hoursBenefits :
